Jennifer believe that therapy is a reflection of the client and that therapists play a role in helping clients determine how best to move forward. She is a great listener and takes pride in problem solving to reach her clients’ goals. She strives to help provide clarity and a safe, non-judgmental environment for everyone.
Jen holds a BAH from Queens University, a diploma in Conflict Resolution from Conrad Grebel, and a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. A mother of three, she is a passionate advocate of anti-bullying and dreams of figuring out a solution to end bullying in our communities. She love sports, especially hockey and baseball, so watch out for those sports metaphors!
Jen began her career as a helping professional early. At 16 she went on a medical mission to Honduras.
