Jaclyn Parsons Student therapist

Jaclyn was first introduced to therapy as a teenager and has long been drawn to supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. With a particular interest in midlife, family life, and burnout, Jaclyn supports clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and periods of change or uncertainty.

Jaclyn’s approach is grounded in Adlerian therapy and draws from cognitive behavioural, family systems, and relational approaches. She strives to create a warm, empathetic, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in exploring meaningful change.

Jaclyn currently offers virtual weekday sessions.
